Based in East London.
Teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal Yoga and Meditation.
Lydiana was first introduced to yoga as a child whilst living in India. Through studying Southern Indian classical dance, she became fascinated with how mudras were used to tell a story. While Bharatanatyam stopped, she continued her practice of yoga. This has been over 15 years in the making. She pays her respects to her teachers, Shobhana Chandrakumar Pillai, Jason Scott, John Kraijenbrink, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and her students (her greatest teachers).
Although she would like to say she starts her day at 6 am with asana and meditation, this doesn’t always happen. Sometimes the comfort of the duvet or the taste of food is too good to resist. And that’s ok. 🙂
Apart from public classes, she teaches privates & corporates. Contact here for more info.
