Lydiana was first introduced to yoga as a child whilst living in India. Through studying Southern Indian classical dance, she became fascinated with how mudras were used to tell a story. While Bharatanatyam stopped, she continued her practice of yoga. This has been over 15 years in the making.
Although she would like to say she starts her day at 6 am with asana and meditation, this doesn’t always happen. Sometimes the comfort of the duvet or the taste of food is too good to resist. And that’s ok. 🙂
